About
I work with adults who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking and self-doubt. My clients often arrive in the middle of a transition — a new job, a new relationship, a move across the country — and are surprised by how destabilizing the change feels.
Our work together is collaborative and unhurried. I'll ask questions that help you understand the story you've been telling yourself, and we'll gently begin to tell a different one. I draw on somatic and attachment-focused approaches, and I'm trained in EMDR for clients who want to process specific past experiences.
