I specialize in working with adult children of immigrants and clients navigating the long shadow of family-of-origin trauma. My clients often arrive feeling like they're the only one in their family who has questions — and that the questions themselves feel disloyal.

In our sessions, we make space for all of it: the love, the resentment, the grief, the gratitude. I use EMDR and IFS-informed work to help clients untangle inherited patterns from who they actually are.
