Most of my clients are men in their 30s and 40s who have spent a long time being 'the one who has it together' and are quietly exhausted. We talk about what that performance has cost, and what might be possible on the other side of it.

I also see couples — especially couples who love each other and still find themselves in the same fight every week. My approach draws from Emotionally Focused Therapy and Gottman, and the work tends to be direct, warm, and a little bit funny.
